Easy Recipe : Banana Strawberry Popsicle
Bored eating ordinary snack or still dieting but crave for ice cream? Well why dont you make Banana Strawberry Popsicle that easy and healhty too.
Here's the reason why you should try this recipe!
1. Only need 4 Ingridients and it's easy to find at local supermarket!
2. It's pink!!
3. Taste wonderful and fresh
4. Low calories!!
Lets start to make it!!!!!
1. 2 cups of coconut water ( you can use fresh coconut water or but Coconut drink such as Hydro Coco will do too) (you can also change coconut water to milk to get more creamy taste but coconut water will bring fresher taste and less fat)
2. A bowl of ripe strawerry
3. 1 Ripe Banana
4. 2 spoon of sugar ( you can change it with honey or dates as well but if you think the banana and strawberry are sweet enough you may not add sugar)
Put all ingridients on the blender, and blend it until it smooths.
Chunk left over strawberries and put it on the popsicle cup
Pour the juice on the popsicle cup
Left it on the refrigiator until it freeze!!
